We currently only accept Tricare for the East region. This includes Prime and Select plans. 

Have your child's PCM/PCP/diagnosing physician send us  a referral for ABA. This is the first step!

Tricare is able to streamline referrals straight to our portal. 

If you are covered by Tricare East, all ABA referrals for assessment must be approved through Tricare. Contact Tricare or your PCM for more information. 

Once we get the referral, we can set up an initial assessment!

After the  initial assessment is complete, we will write up a treatment plan and make our service recommendations to be approved by insurance. 

Once we are approved, we can begin services. 

For private-pay clients, a referral is still needed to receive services.

Once we get the referral, we will schedule an intake assessment for evaluation. After the initial assessment, the provider will create a treatment plan with supporting information and recommendations. The treatment plan will first be approved and signed by the caregiver. Once the caregiver approves and signs the treatment plan, we will submit everything to insurance for approval. Each insurance company is different, and the duration of the approval process varies. Services can begin once insurance formal approves services. 

Every child is like a snowflake. The schedule is individualized to the client's needs. A licensed practitioner will schedule an intake assessment once a referral for services is received to make a service-level recommendation.
