ABA is an evidence-based practice used to improve socially important behavior. It is effective for increasing language, communication, social skills, play skills, and life skills. ABA is also used to address maladaptive behavior that serve as barriers to being successful in the learner's everyday life.
At Sprout and Learn, we treat even the smallest members of the family! From infancy to 18, we provide applied behavior analysis services in the clinic setting. Each client will have access to trained professionals and great resources for learning skills and meeting milestones!
Receive direct support in the home setting for parent training on a as-needed basis.
Parents, you're not alone. Parents, guardians, and caregivers will have access to parent training to help generalize skills outside of the therapy setting.
Sometimes there are obstacles to coming into the clinic, but help is still available. Our BCBAs can provide support via Telehealth as needed.

Samantha earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and holds certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst. She brings over 9 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Sam has both a research and applied background in reducing maladaptive behavior using reinforcement-based interventions, while increasing socially significant behavior. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys sewing, traveling, and the great outdoors. She also lives in Louisville with her husband, her daughter (Isla Jean), her rabbit (Poppy), and her three cats (Elton John, Penny Lane, and Phoebe).
Haley earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and holds certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst. She has been in the field of ABA for 9+ years. Haley has a background in reducing maladaptive behavior while increasing social, communication, and everyday living skills with children and adults. In her spare time she enjoys reading suspense novels, painting, campfires, and making Target trips with her kiddos. Haley lives in Elizabethtown with her significant other, three kids, and their Savannah Cat, Zoolander.
Alicia holds a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) with a specialty in pediatrics since 2018. She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Psychology/ABA and is studying to become a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst. Alicia has 10+ years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic and acquired brain injuries, long-term care residents, rehabilitation patients as well as pediatrics with a multitude of diagnoses. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys reading and engaging in family activities. She lives in Meade County with her husband, 6 kiddos, and her fur babies.
Kelly is a board-certified Behavior Analyst. She has a broad spectrum of experience working with those who have special needs. She has spent her time in the field working on social skills, play skills, communication, language, and adaptive living skills with her clients. Kelly received a degree in exercise science from the University of Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master of Science, spceializing in Behavior Analysis . She enjoys crafting, volunteering, and spending time with her dog Forrest in her free time.
Brittany earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and holds certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Brittany has implemented ABA in a vast array of settings including the school, home, community, and clinic settings. Her focus is to increase social, play and adaptive skills while decreasing maladaptive behavior. She strives to not only make every individual feel included but to assist families with the information and tools needed to be successful. In her spare time she enjoys painting, reading psycho-thrillers, fishing and horseback riding. Brittany lives in Elizabethtown with her husband, three children, and three miniature dachshunds.
Sarah McDaniel is a certified Registered Behavior Therapist with an Associate in Psychology with a minor in child development. Sarah is currently working on her Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analytics to go towards her BCaBA. She hopes to one day gain her certification as a BCBA to support the ABA field better. She lives in Elizabethtown with her four-year-old son. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and crocheting in her spare time.
Iszzy is currently in school at Western Kentucky University to receive her Bachelors in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Child Development. She has her certification in Early Childhood Education with 4 years experience working with children. She is studying to become a licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst. Iszzy lives in Vine Grove with her son and 2 cats. In her spare time she loves to watch football and bake with her son.
Kari is an enthusiastic Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) who began her career in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) in July 2017. Kari earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Louisville, graduating in 2019 and 2021. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis; she aims to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2026. Kari is dedicated to supporting children as they achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. She believes in the effectiveness of ABA interventions and strategies to help individuals reach their full potential. In her free time, Kari enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dogs, Tater and Griffy. She loves attending concerts, traveling, cooking new recipes, and exploring her creative side through arts and crafts. Kari is all about making connections and spreading positivity wherever she goes!
Shantel is currently a BCAT and Registered Behavior Technician. She attends college at ECTC and is pursuing a Psychology degree with intentions to complete a Doctorate in Psychology. Shantel is originally from Seattle, WA but now lives in Elizabethtown with her partner and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, taking long walks with her dogs and baking.
